Calling all curators, artists, and art collectives of Baltimore and surrounding areas! The Peale Community Museum of Baltimore, Maryland invites exhibitors to apply for the opportunity to exhibit in our gallery spaces and create ambitious works. We welcome new and traveling exhibitions. Here’s how to get started:

Proposals are reviewed by various Peale staff and community stakeholders. The Peale Museum offers curatorial guidance, honorarium, documentation, and an opportunity to engage with the residents of Baltimore through special programming. We prioritize proposals with connections to or from residents of Baltimore City/Greater Baltimore Area but welcome proposals from any where in the world. *Please do not include personal information in your responses. This includes sensitive financial, legal, or medical data.
On the bus routes
The Peale is near stops for City Hall, the War Memorial, and Farmers’ Market on the Purple, Orange, Red, Blue, Yellow City Link lines and the free Green Charm City Circulator Route, as well as Loca lLink routes 54, 56, 154, 67, 78, 80 and Express Bus Link routes 105, 115, 160, 154, 164.
Parking
There is on-street parking and numerous lots around the Peale. The most affordable hourly parking is in the municipal lot underneath the I-83/Jones Falls overpass on Saratoga Street between Gay and Holliday Streets.
Building Location
The Peale Center is located in downtown Baltimore at 225 Holliday Street, across from the Abel Wolman Municipal Building and next door to Zion Church and the Real News Network.
