The Peale is Baltimore’s Community Museum.

Welcome to the Community Advisory Team

The votes are in! Congratulations to our inaugural Community Advisory Team (CAT). New members include:

  • Nia Redmond
  • Iya Jackson
  • Kayenecha Daugherty
  • Timothy Nohe
  • Natasha Jordan Bailey

Elected by Baltimore community members, the purpose of the group is to ensure that the programs and exhibitions hosted by The Peale online and in its historic building continue to be driven grassroots-up, by Baltimore’s storytellers and creators.

Abegail Baguio, Catherine Sansone, and Marguerite Woods will also participate in the CAT as alternates for the five-person leadership team. Stay tuned for further details and opportunities to contribute as the CAT gets up and running in the new year.

Thank you to everyone who voted and participated in the planning meetings this fall. We look forward to continuing to work with you on the CAT and programs at The Peale!
