Three Floors of History

Immerse yourself and your guests in a building, a history, and an ambiance that is uniquely Baltimore. There is no other building like this one in the city, state, or country. Designed by one of America’s premier early architects and expertly renovated between 2018 and 2022, the Peale is open for tours, special events, and rentals and offers up to 13,000 square feet of unique and inspiring historic rooms in a range of sizes and attributes.

Thanks to its recent renovations, the 1814 Peale Museum building is now completely accessible and includes five accessible, single use restrooms as well as an elevator.
